IPIC LIFO Team

Chris Henderson joined SourceHOV | Tax in 2003 and is currently the Vice President of Operations as well as a member of the executive management team. Chris provides technical direction and regulatory compliance for the IPIC LIFO department. Prior to joining SourceHOV | Tax, Chris worked as a tax consultant in the Charlotte office of Ernst and Young where he assisted in LIFO implementations for medium- to large-sized businesses. Chris is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Accounting. He is a frequent speaker and CPE presenter to industry trade associations, CPA firms, CPA associations, and local CPA chapters.

Sara joined SourceHOV | Tax in 1995 as a Customer Service Manager. She was integral in developing SourceHOV | Tax’s proprietary software program for the IPIC method when SourceHOV | Tax first began performing IPIC calculations in the late 1990s. Sara has served in several roles while on the SourceHOV | Tax team, including the development of the Trade Discounts service, Sales Support, and
as Director of IPIC Services from 2001 to 2005. Currently, Sara provides technical sales support for IPIC LIFO and serves as a liaison between SourceHOV | Tax’s Business Development Directors and the IPIC production team. Sara has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.

Cherie joined SourceHOV | Tax in 2002 and is the Manager of IPIC Production. She coordinates the processing of IPIC LIFO calculations and manages the production and delivery of IPIC calculations to more than 300 clients, ensuring that estimates are completed for future prospects. Cherie was formerly a Director in the Washington National Tax Services Group at PwC. She received her BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.

Cory joined SourceHOV | Tax in 2008 as an IPIC File Management Senior. His primary responsibilities include analyzing and manipulating client inventory data and coordination of client LIFO calculations with an emphasis on developing and maintaining IPIC database applications through coordination with IT software developers. Prior to joining SourceHOV | Tax, Cory served 28 years in the United States Air Force. He earned his BS in Computer Science from Troy University.

Renee joined SourceHOV | Tax in 1991 as an Automotive LIFO Supervisor, later becoming the Automotive LIFO Used Vehicle Manager. In 2005, Renee transitioned to her current role as the IPIC Categorization Manager. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing the categorization research staff and scheduling projects.

Annette joined SourceHOV | Tax’s Automotive Production Department in 1988, where she served in several roles related to Automotive LIFO. In 2005, she joined the IPIC department. In this capacity, Annette is responsible for processing IPIC LIFO Calculations in SourceHOV | Tax’s proprietary IPIC LIFO software program. In addition to her IPIC LIFO role, she continues to contribute to the Automotive LIFO team as an Automotive LIFO Consultant.

Steve joined SourceHOV | Tax in 2004 as an IPIC Researcher. He is responsible for researching client and prospective client inventory items, and assigning those items to the appropriate Bureau of Labor Statistics published categories. Steve is also responsible for updating and maintaining IPIC department files and records files as well as training new staff members. Steve earned his BS degree from Texas Christian University.

Nicole joined SourceHOV | Tax in 2006 as an IPIC Researcher. She is responsible for researching client and prospective client inventory items, and assigning those items to the appropriate Bureau of Labor Statistics published categories. She is also responsible for updating and maintaining IPIC department files and records files. In addition, she assists various departments in special research projects. Her prior experience includes bookkeeping for small businesses and federal tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations.

Cyndi joined SourceHOV | Tax in 2001 in the Automotive LIFO production department as the AMS Editor. She moved into the IPIC department as a Researcher in 2001. Cyndi is responsible for researching client and prospective client inventory items, and assigning those items to the appropriate Bureau of Labor Statistics published categories. She is also responsible for updating and maintaining IPIC department files and records files. In addition, she assists various departments in special research projects.

Mavy joined SourceHOV | Tax in 2012 as an IPIC Researcher. She is responsible for researching client and prospective client inventory items, and assigning those items to the appropriate Bureau of Labor Statistics published categories. She is also responsible for updating and maintaining IPIC department files and records files. Prior to joining SourceHOV | Tax, Mavy attended ATI Business School where she received her Business Administration Certificate.
